Ministry to children in the church is one of the most important aspects of our faith. Children are not only our future but also a true gift from God. They are capable of receiving the truth with open hearts and trusting God, sometimes even more than adults.
That is why we focus our efforts on providing opportunities for the spiritual development of children through engaging and inspiring programs. Jesus emphasizes the importance of children in Mark 10:14;
"When Jesus saw this, He became indignant and said to them, 'Let the children come to Me, and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God.'This confirms that in God's Kingdom, children have a special place.
In our children's ministry, we strive to create a safe, supportive environment where every child can grow their faith. Each week we conduct various activities based on biblical stories. Children learn about the life of Jesus, explore parables, and study God's commandments.
It is important for the activities to be not only educational but also fun. Through games, creativity, and singing, we help children remember God's truths. Children can be an active part of the ministry through presentations, artistic performances, and singing. This gives them a sense of belonging to the church.
Additionally, we encourage parents to take an active role in the ministry. Together we can teach children the fundamentals of Christian virtue and show them how to live according to God's commandments. Proverbs 22:6 says:
"Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it."This calls us, as parents and as a church, to do our utmost to influence the heart of a child, guiding them to the Lord.
Children's ministry is not just an activity in the church, but an essential support and educational process for the entire family. By opening the Bible together, we can discuss important topics, ask questions, and seek answers that lead to healthy spiritual growth.
All our efforts are aimed at helping children find closeness to God, develop their talents, and serve others. For we believe that each child has a unique purpose in God's plan. Throughout October, we have special events planned that will give children the opportunity to share their testimonies and serve within the community.
